Musculoskeletal Injuries Related to the Care of Obese Patients

Hello everyone, I'm a nursing student who is currently doing a research study of registered nurses and nurses' aides who have obtained musculoskeletal injuries related to caring for obese patients. I have created a short survey that should take less than 5 minutes to complete. I would really appreciate it if anyone who has had a musculoskeletal injury related to caring for an obese patient and is a nurse or nurse aide could take my survey.
